Made of 100 percent Sangiovese grapes from the historic Field Stone Vineyard in Alexander Valley, this pale pink rosé is dry and elegant with refreshing acidity and notes of wild cherry.
2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Our flagship wine, the Tradition Sauvignon Blanc elevates the purity of the variety through stainless steel fermentation and ten months of sur lie aging. The 2019 Tradition Sauvignon Blanc showcases an amalgamation of tropical and citrus fruit flavors on the palate. Stainless steel fermentation and lees stirring provide bright fruit flavors and a textured mouthfeel, tempering the mouthwatering natural acidity.
2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Styled like a classic white Bordeaux, this Sauvignon Blanc ferments in neutral oak puncheons and clay amphorae for a soft, rich texture. An elegant nose of white blossom, stone fruit, spice, lime leaves, and fresh Meyer lemon. The wine couples intense minerality from the rocky soils and extreme elevation with balanced layers of tropical and citrus fruits. Extended tank aging and less stirring provide a textured mouthfeel, tempering the mouthwatering natural acidity, which is synonymous with this unique, single vineyard site.
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2017 Innovant Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful seductive nose of dark fruits, cassis and blueberry, some baking spice and dark chocolate. Firm mountain tannins are layered with a vibrant bouquet of dark fruits synonymous with high elevation mountain vineyards. Blackberry, raspberry and maraschino cherry dominate with hints of blueberry and more spice. A mineral graphite-like character provides a firm structure to the wine that’s balanced by a very long elegant finish of cigar box and cocoa.
2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon wraps the rugged spirit of the mountain in an elegant frame. Impossibly dark and inky, a bouquet of freshly picked raspberry jumps out of the glass with cola spice, violets, blueberry pie and hints of brown sugar. Rich raspberry compote, cassis, and milk chocolate notes reveal themselves on the palate, overlaid with warm pepper and spice box aromas. The palate is prominent with mountainous tannins that will age gracefully in the cellar.
