Vanessa’s passion for food and cooking began at an early age. She loved seeing the right combination of ingredients result in a dish that family and friends enjoyed. Their praise encouraged her to continue experimenting and discovering her own recipes. When she moved to Sonoma County for college, her appreciation for quality food increased. Living in the heart of wine country, she began a curiosity and interest in not just wine, but the beauty of the land from which the grapes grow. At Captûre Wines we all appreciate the perfect combination of ingredients resulting in beautiful wines. Vanessa is thrilled to share the wines with you
