Glenn Alexander began his wine career as a passionate consumer. As he worked and traveled around the country and throughout Europe, he had ample opportunity to experience fine food and wines. He spent time observing different approaches to winegrowing, as well, and became convinced that the very finest wines were made in harmony with their environments.

Glenn and his wife, Melissa, moved to Sonoma County to pursue their dream of making great wines and enjoying them with wonderful cuisine. They bought their own vineyard in the cool Russian River Valley, where they employ sustainable farming techniques that honor the land and ensure grapes of pure varietal expression. He brings this same commitment to sustainable farming to his job as Vineyard Manager for Tin Cross Vineyards, where the rugged, steep slopes call for an entirely hands-on, labor intensive approach. His dedication to coaxing the finest fruit from our Pine Mountain estate is evident in every bottle of Captûre Wines.
